YOUTH PASTOR JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Fairview Church is seeking a Youth Pastor to provide quality developmental ministry programs for our middle and high school students. Direct and coordinate all activities relating to youth. Oversee the appointment, support and counsel of leaders for all Youth Ministries.

Qualifications:
A vital personal commitment to Jesus Christ. An agreement with the Anabaptist traditions. A vision for the ministries of the whole church. A willingness to be informed about the needs and current trends in youth ministry, church growth and development. A passion for youth. An ability to work with and relate well with youth and adults. Administrative and leadership abilities. A college degree and/ or a willingness to continue further deucation.

Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate Youth Ministry programming. Facilitate the connection and commitment of youth to the larger church. Promote healthy relationships between the church and parents of youth.

Appointment:
Youth Pastor is appointed by the Lead Pastor. The term of service is a minimum of 3 years.
